You can request deletion of the account you created or of your personal data in the games, applications, and digital services provided by Ntroy Development Studios.
1. What Data Can You Request to Have Deleted?
You can request the deletion of the following data:
- User account
- Profile information
- Contact information
- In-game account data
- Social login connection data (for example, your Facebook user ID)
- Support requests
- Marketing permissions
- Personal data related to app usage
- Advertising measurement and analytics data
Some data is retained for the periods stated in section 6 to meet legal obligations, maintain payment records, ensure security, resolve disputes and preserve the integrity of the game.
2. How Do You Submit a Data Deletion Request?
You can submit your request using one of the following methods:

In your message, please share the following information:
- Full name
- Registered email address
- Username or player ID
- Relevant product or game name
- Type of data you want deleted
- Description of your request
3. In-App Deletion
If the relevant app has an account deletion feature, you can delete your account from this menu:
The "Delete Account" option on the app's settings screen (the exact menu path may vary by product).
This option may not yet be available in some products. If it is not available, you can submit your request via email.
In Basketball Mates, use Settings → Delete Account. When you delete your account in the app, your account is closed: you are signed out and can no longer sign in to it. Your advertising measurement data is erased; if no other active game profile remains linked to your sign-in, the contact email address received from your login provider (Facebook, Google or Apple) is erased as well, and if you used Sign in with Apple, we ask Apple to revoke the Sign in with Apple authorization you gave the app. The closed account record itself is not erased: because match history, teams, leagues and the in-game economy are linked to other players' records, your gameplay records, in-game nickname and sign-in identifier are kept to preserve the integrity of the game, for the periods stated in section 6. Details are in Section 7.1 of our Privacy Policy.
4. If You Signed In With Facebook
The data we obtain through Facebook Login — your Facebook user ID, name, profile picture, and your email address if you provided it — is stored together with your game account.
4.1 Removing the Facebook Connection
On Facebook you can remove our app under Settings > Apps and Websites. This stops you from signing in with Facebook, but it does not delete your game account or your game data.
4.2 Deleting Your Data
To delete your account, follow the account deletion step inside the app or use the email route described in section 2 above. When the account is deleted in the app, the email address obtained from Facebook is erased if no other active game profile remains linked to your account; your Facebook user ID, however, remains part of the closed game account for as long as the game service is operated. You can additionally request the deletion of other data obtained from Facebook by email; your request will be evaluated in accordance with applicable legislation.
5. Processing Time
Requests are evaluated and concluded within the period stipulated by applicable legislation, after identity verification is completed.
6. Data That May Not Be Deletable
The following data may be retained after your account is deleted:
- Payment, purchase and invoice records — for as long as required by applicable tax and commercial laws, up to 10 years
- Records within the scope of legal obligations — for as long as the applicable law requires
- Security, anti-cheat and fraud-prevention records (including IP logs) — 2 years
- Information necessary for dispute resolution — for as long as necessary to resolve the dispute
- Anonymized statistical data
- Gameplay records (match history, teams, leagues, in-game economy) and your in-game nickname and avatar — for as long as the game service is operated, because other players' records refer to them
- The sign-in identifier linked to the closed account (your Apple, Google or Facebook user ID) — for as long as the game service is operated, as part of the closed account record
