These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, games, and digital services (including Football Mates, Basketball Mates, and our other products) operated by NTROY OYUN TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (Ntroy Development Studios; "we", the "Company"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using Ntroy's games, websites, and digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.
3. Your Account
You can use our games and services in the following ways (the options offered depend on the game and the platform):
- Guest play: In our mobile games you can start playing without registering. Access to a guest account is kept on your device; if you do not link it to one of the sign-in methods below, you may lose access to it when you delete the app or change devices.
- Sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook: You can sign in, or link your guest account, with a supported third-party login provider. Your use of that provider is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of the third-party account you use to sign in. We never receive the password of that account.
- Email and password: Some of our websites and web services let you create an account with an email address and password. Keep your password secure and do not share it with others.
Whichever method you use, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Notify us immediately when you notice unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
You can delete your game account at any time in the game's settings (in Basketball Mates: Settings → Delete Account). What happens to your data when you do is described in Section 7.1 of our Privacy Policy.
4. Linking Your Game Account
The Service allows you to link your game account to the web portal via your Reference ID (your player ID in the game). By linking your account:
- You confirm that the game account belongs to you
- Your game data (level, team, nickname) is synchronized with the web portal
- You can participate in the marketplace, referral system, and reward programs
5. Purchases and Payments
5.1 General
- In-app purchases in our mobile games are processed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) under their own terms. We do not receive or store your card details.
- Prices are stated in the currency shown on the relevant platform unless otherwise indicated.
- Once digital goods are delivered to your game account, all purchases are final.
- Purchases on our websites are covered separately in Section 15.
5.2 Refund Policy
- Refunds for in-app purchases made in our mobile games are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies.
- Digital goods (tickets, energy, premium packages) are non-refundable once delivered.
- If a purchase is not delivered, contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
- Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension.
5.3 Marketplace
- The marketplace allows users to list and trade their game accounts.
- A commission fee applies to completed marketplace transactions.
- We act as an intermediary; we are not a party to buyer-seller agreements.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reverse fraudulent transactions.
- Listings not sold within 30 days are automatically removed. Sellers may re-list their accounts after removal.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or attack the Service (SQL injection, brute force, data scraping, etc.)
- Access other users' accounts or data without authorization
- Fraudulently manipulate prices, offers, or marketplace listings
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service
- Send spam, harassing, or abusive messages via chat
- Upload harmful content, viruses, or malicious code
- Bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, referrals, or free offers
- Impersonate another user or Ntroy staff
7. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account in the following cases:
- Violating these Terms of Use
- Engaging in fraud or abuse
- Attempting to launch security attacks against the Service
- Filing fraudulent chargeback requests
Upon termination, you lose access to your account and its associated digital goods, balances, or rewards. We may retain your data to the extent required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
- The names, logos, and all related brand elements of Ntroy and its games are our property.
- The design, code, and content of the Service are protected by copyright.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
- User-generated content (chat messages, listings) remains yours; however, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service.
9. Virtual Goods and Currency
- Web points, VIP tiers, tickets, and other virtual goods have no real-world monetary value.
- Virtual goods cannot be converted into cash (except for authorized marketplace transactions).
- We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or remove virtual goods and reward systems.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected in a timely manner
- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTROY OYUN TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or reputation.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir shall have jurisdiction, unless the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence require otherwise.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Purchases on Our Websites
This section applies only to purchases made on our websites (for example, the Basketball Mates web shop on basketballmates.net, when available). It does not apply to purchases inside our mobile apps, which are processed by Apple or Google (Section 5.1).
- Payments on our websites are processed securely through Stripe, Inc.
- Apart from the statements about Apple and Google, Section 5 also applies to these purchases.
