What is a Ntroy account?
A Ntroy account is one account for every Ntroy game. You manage news, support requests and, soon, your Ntroy Coin balance in one place.
Can I log in with my Football Mates or Basketball Mates account?
Linking game accounts to your Ntroy account will open gradually. For now, create a separate Ntroy account for ntroy.com; your game accounts and game website accounts are not affected.
My in-game purchase didn't arrive. What should I do?
Open a support request, choose "Payments and purchases" as the topic and include the game, purchase date and your player ID. Never share card details or passwords.
Where do I find my player ID?
Use the Support ID on the Settings screen in Basketball Mates, or the ID on your profile screen in Football Mates. Our support team will never ask for your password.
How can I delete my account and data?
Follow the steps on the data deletion page, or open a support request with the topic "Account and login".
Do I need an account to play GoalRush?
No. GoalRush is free to play in your browser without an account.
