This page sets out the pre-contract information for digital product purchases for the Basketball Mates and Football Mates games made through ntroy.com. Please read it before confirming a purchase.
1. Parties
Seller: the operator of the game the product belongs to. The Basketball Mates and Football Mates websites (basketballmates.net, footballmates.net) and their web shops are operated by Kumkuat Games Company.

ntroy.com: ntroy.com (NTROY OYUN TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ) passes your purchase request to the game's shop and redirects you to the game's payment page (Stripe). Price, payment and delivery are set and handled by the game's shop; your card details never reach ntroy.com.
2. Products and Price
- Products are digital in-game items (tickets, energy, skill points, premium membership, season and special packs, etc.). There is no physical delivery.
- The content and price of a product are shown live on the market page from the game's shop. The amount that applies is the one you confirm on the payment page.
- Prices are in euro (EUR); the amount charged to your card may vary with your bank's exchange rate.
- Some products can be bought once a day or once a season; eligibility is checked against your game account before purchase.
3. Payment and Delivery
- Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc.
- To buy, your ntroy.com account must be linked as verified to that game's website account; the product is delivered to that linked game account.
- Delivery usually happens within a few minutes of payment. You can follow the order status under Account → Orders.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
- Digital items are delivered to your game account immediately after payment, so they cannot be refunded once delivered. By confirming the purchase on the payment page you agree that delivery starts immediately.
- If a purchase is not delivered, open a support ticket within 7 days (topic: "Payments and purchases"; include the game, purchase date and order details).
- Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may lead to the game account being suspended.
5. Other
